I hope everyone's weekend is going well :) It was my first week back to school after a very relaxing break... but it does feel pretty good to be back. The next break to look forward to isn't until mid-February for reading week. Planning to go to Montreal and I honestly cannnnnot wait! Amazing picture-taking, good eats, shopping obvs, etc etc. I am completely in love with Old Montreal and don't worry because I will be posting pictures :)

My Favourite Chunky Sweater.

I bought this sweater from Aritzia a few weeks ago and I've been living in it ever since! It's just the perfect thing to both cozy-up and keep warm in.

Changing the subject a lil, I've come up with my three New Years resolutions:

1) Stop cracking my knuckles. This is a horrible habit of mine that I've had since I was like... 8-years-old. It has the ability to strike a look of disgust on my friends' faces whenever I find myself unable to resist. lmfao!

2) Continue my work-out regime. I'm super lucky because I work out with my bf and he comes up with new routines for me to do weekly so that I never get bored.

3) Count my blessings and cut my losses. I've carried a lot of excess baggage the past few years... but 2010 is going to be different. I need to start fresh with the right perspective and quit dwelling on the past.

My New Found Love.

I have class in about two hours and I haaaaate evening classes! Boo!

As recently mentioned in my previous post, I have become addicted to make-up tutorials on youtube! lol They honestly make me want to raid Sephora and try every single product. I've been starting to try new and different things with the minimal products I have right now. And then as I learn more, I'll expand on my brush and product collections :) However, I did have an itch to try something new yesterday, so I purchased Benefit's creaseless (cream) shadow/liner in "skinny jeans." The colour is just gorgeous. A really luxurious looking grey or pewter. The packaging is just adorable too! Hence my lil photo session with it hahaha. This will be my first time using a cream shadow. Well, I'll update you guys on how it goes. OH, and I love how it can be your base, primer, or even a liner as well. But aaaaaaaanyways, lol more make-up talk later. I gotta run.

These are the days.

I have Mondays off so today is OFFICIALLY the final day of my Christmas holiday :) I spent my morning playing around with the new cam, watching youtube make-up tutorials (my new addiction), and eating a banana split. I have work in about an hour and usually I'd be dreading it but I don't mind making a little more money before it's back to only being able to work one or two shifts a week. I'm pretty excited for this semester's classes. It's time to kick some butt.

Self-timer with a dslr sans a remote is pretty damn difficult. Esp when trying to capture a shot of yourself. These were the only two clear ones :)

All Good Things Come to an End.

Our Christmas holiday has come to a sad end. However, I am so incredibly grateful for the quality time I was able to spend with my loved ones, and simply being able to kick-back and relax.

Today we went downtown to go ice skating. Unfortunately, I was only able to skate a total of TEN minutes! HAHAHA. It honestly felt something like negative a thousand degrees. I tried SO SO hard to suck it up and enjoy the ONLY chance I'll probably have to go ice skating this Winter... but I just couldn't. lol.

It feels like Winter is only truly starting now... (if that makes any sense).

RESURRECTING THE BLOG.

I've slacked a little too much the past few months. HAHAHA. But don't you worry... I'm back here to stay ;) My boyfriend and I got a new Canon DSLR which I am SO damn excited about! I was feeling a little discouraged in continuing to make posts for this blog-- largely because I was sick of using my old point n' shoot that seems to gradually be dying down each time I use it. Soooo, YA! New camera means new and prettier pictures, thank God :)

Ringing in the new year felt incredible! This is the start of a new decade ... and this decade will be maaaajor. I can't wait to see what the next ten years has in store for me and my loved ones.

So far I only have two New Years resolutions. First, STOP cracking my knuckles! lmfao as stupid as that sounds, it is honestly a MUST as this point. I immediately start to feel pain in my finger joints just by simply holding or carrying something moderately heavy.... (small tidbit hahaha). My second is to kick the slack and give this semester all I got.
