Mimosa

I am beyond addicted to diptyque's mimosa candle. Believe me when I say, the aroma that fills my bedroom whenever I light it, is simply intoxicating. I usually like to light a candle whilst reading a great book, but I found that the smell of mimosa is SO good that it can be quite distracting, causing me to frequently pause every few pages to inhale & admire. Byredo's Bibliotheque is another favourite of mine, as well.  Is there a specific candle out there that your senses have completely fall victim to? I'd love to hear and give a few other candles a try!

  2. My favourite candle sent at the moment is oats and honey :) I bought it from a little local shop and I just love it :) Beautiful photo by the way :)

  3. To be honest, I don't really light candles. Which I find odd because I love them, the flickering light and the intense aroma - love. I need to buy some so I can use whilst reading too!

  6. I love Diptyque too! If only it wasn't so pricey. But my fave from them is Tuberose. Warm Vanilla Sugar from Bath & Body Works is also amazing.

  16. I'm obsessed w/ candles too. I like the fruity scents most and the wood wicks are my favorite. I love the way they sound and look when it burns.

  23. im loving bath & body works/slatkin & co's french garden candle. contrary to the name, its a beautiful light peachy scent with the subtly of lavender added to it. probably my favorite spring scent!

    im currently reading snow flower & the secret fan. :) how did you like that book. i also never knew it was turned into a movie, i think sometime last year. can't wait to finish.
